Who is responsible for your data

Uncle Tony is a brand of 360 AGILITY COMPLEXITY EVOLVABILITY SOLUTION UK LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 14205494, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (the "company"). The company is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Privacy contact: [email protected].

This website

The hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.

Quote form: when you send the quote form, your details are passed by a form-processing service (Web3Forms) to [email protected], and used to answer your request (Article 6(1)(b), steps before a contract). If you click an email button, your own email app opens. If you click a WhatsApp button, you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Cookies

Strictly necessary storage only remembers your cookie choice. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) sets cookies to measure visits and to measure and target Google advertising. Nothing is set until you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Google may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Business-to-business prospecting

The company contacts businesses that may be interested in Uncle Tony products, for example restaurants, chains, franchises, wholesalers, cash & carry, caterers and butchers.

Data used: name, job title, business name, business email address, business phone or WhatsApp number, business address, website and social media profile links, and the record of contacts with you.

Where it comes from: publicly available business sources, such as company websites, online business directories and maps listings, Companies House, professional networks such as LinkedIn, trade events, and B2B contact data providers.

Legal basis: the company's legitimate interest in offering its products to businesses (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The company has assessed that a short, relevant business message to a professional contact is reasonably expected and does not override your rights. Electronic marketing follows the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR): messages to corporate subscribers are sent on this basis; sole traders and partnerships are only contacted by email or text where PECR allows it.

Your right to object (opt-out): you can object at any time, free of charge. Reply "STOP" to any message, or email [email protected]. Your details are then placed on a suppression list so that you are not contacted again.

Customers and enquiries

When you enquire or order, your business contact details, order, delivery and payment records are used to answer you, perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and meet legal obligations such as accounting and food traceability (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who receives your data

Service providers acting on the company's instructions: hosting, email and messaging, customer relationship management, accounting, and delivery partners for your orders. The company does not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long it is kept

Prospecting data: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer or object earlier. Suppression list: kept as long as needed to respect your objection. Customer and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by UK law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
